Weight Room Laker Hall hosts a newly renovated weight training room with expanded workout facilities and equipment exclusively for NCAA teams to service the College's commitment to the well-being and readiness of student-athletes. The room features a cardiovascular area, dumbbell area and four free-weight stations with Strength and Conditioning Coordinator Scott Landers' office nearby to help create plans for student-athletes. There is also a nearby room that easily facilitates stretching, plyometric training and core workouts.
