Oswego State Athletics

Oswego State freshman women's tennis player Nicole Leader (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) won both singles matches at the No. 2 position and split action at the No. 1 doubles spot as the Lakers went 1-1 over the weekend.  Leader won a three-set match against St. John Fisher to earn one of two Oswego State points in a loss Friday.  The next day she came from behind to win another three-set singles match versus Sage Colleges.  Leader also teamed up with doubles partner Lauren MacHose to earn a victory at No. 1 doubles by the score of 8-1.
