Freshman women's outdoor track and field athlete Katie Bott captured second place in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:00.64, establishing a new school-record in the event, at the Cortland Classic on Saturday. Her time bettered the mark of 1:00.76 set by Megan Boggan in 2008. Bott also turned in a SUNYAC-qualifying time of 27.38 seconds in the 200-meter dash.
