The junior men's golfer earned medalist honors and helped the Lakers win the two-day Oswego State Invitational on Saturday and Sunday. Sterling led all golfers with a five-over par round of 76 on the Saturday and then carded an 83 on day two to win the individual title by three shots. The Lakers topped Hobart by ten strokes to win the team title.
