Oswego State Athletics

Sabrina Sutton of the Oswego State volleyball team has been named Athlete of the Week for the week ending September 15, 2013.

The senior helped the Lakers to a 3-2 record on the week and a 2-2 finish in the Oswego State Tournament and was named to the All-Tournament team.

Sutton tallied five kills, five digs and one ace versus Morrisville State en route to a 3-0 Lakers win. 

In the Oswego State Tournament, Sutton helped the Lakers with seven kills against SUNYIT and continued her strong play against Marywood, Wells and St. Lawrence.  The outside hitter had a season high 4 aces in a close 3-2 loss to St. Lawrence.

She provided Oswego with three kills, four digs and an assist in the Lakers closing win 3-0 over Wells.
