OSWEGO, N.Y. - Rachael Windhausen of the women's basketball tam has been named Oswego State Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending on December 14, 2014.
Windhausen recorded her first double-double of her collegiate career in a 66-65 win on the road against Cazenovia.
In Friday's game, Windhausen knocked down 16 points to help the Lakers nab a victory. The freshman also helped on the boards, fetching five offensive and defensive revounds each. Defensively, Windhausen controlled the paint as well, registering four blocks.
Women's basketball will return to the court at 6 p.m. on Jan. 2 when they travel to Clarkson to take on the Golden Knights
