OSWEGO, N.Y. - Bailey Waterbury of the women's soccer team has been named the Oswego State Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending on Sep. 13, 2015.

Waterbury accumulated three points for the Lakers, in a week where the Lakers went 1-1 at the Fredonia Tournament.

In the weekend's first game against Grove City College, the senior notched her first points of the season scoring the team's first goal en route to a 3-2 victory. Waterbury then earned an assist in the following day's game against Penn State Behrend. 

At the conclusion of the weekend, the Plattsburgh native was named to the All-Tournament team as well.

Women's soccer returns to the field at 7 p.m. on Tuesday as it takes on D'Youville College on the road.
