OSWEGO, N.Y. – Erannan Shattuck of the women’s lacrosse team has been named the Oswego State Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 20, 2016.
 
In Oswego’s only game of the week, an 18-2 rout of Houghton College on Saturday at home, Shattuck was stellar. She not only recorded a game-high 11 points, but set a new program mark in the process. The senior distributed a career-best eight assists, breaking the previous Oswego State career assists total of 83, which was held by Hall of Famer Kat Stead. Shattuck now has 85 helpers in her time in a Laker uniform. Her 11-points also tied her with Stead for sixth-most points in a single-game.
 
Filling the stat sheet, Shattuck also collected two ground balls, won a draw control and was a perfect 1-for-1 on free-position opportunities.
 
The Lakers will return to the field at 4 p.m. on Tuesday when they travel to Utica College for a nonconference matchup with the Pioneers.
