Oswego State Athletics

Emma Geyer of the women’s soccer team was named the Oswego State Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending September 25.

During the Lakers first conference matchup against New Paltz, Geyer had the game of her career. The junior scored three goals helping the team to a 4-1 victory.

The hat trick performance was her first multi-goal game and also matched her season total from last year. Geyer now leads the team with five goals on the year.

Women’s soccer returns to the field at 3 p.m. on Friday as they travel to Plattsburgh to take on the Cardinals.
