Oswego State Athletics

Ryan Jelen of the men’s lacrosse team was named Oswego State Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 19.
 
Jelen’s impressive performance helped lead the Lakers to a triple-overtime comeback-win against Morrisville on Monday.
 
The Nanuet, N.Y. native not only finished the game with four goals, but his fourth and final goal was with only 8.3 seconds left in regulation. It kept the Lakers alive, sending them into overtime where they would eventually triumph.
 
The Lakers play their next contest at 4 p.m. on Tuesday against Alfred University at Laker Turf Stadium.
