Teresa Shattuck of the women’s lacrosse team was named the Oswego State Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 26.

During Tuesday’s 17-6 victory over SUNY Canton, the sophomore set a new program record with 10 assists on the day. This snaps the previous record of nine, which she set on March 9 in a 17-2 win over the Sage Colleges. Along with the 10 assists, she scored two goals, putting her in a tie for third in most points scored in a game with 12. She also tied a career-high in draw controls with six. 

In a matchup against RIT on Saturday, Shattuck scored one of the teams four goals. She tied a career-high with four ground balls on the day.

Women’s lacrosse will return to action Monday at 4 p.m. as the team will travel to Rochester to take on the Yellowjackets.
