OSWEGO, N.Y. - Tim Schof of the men’s lacrosse team has been named the Oswego State Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending on March 25. Schof’s 10 points across both Laker wins against Alfred University and Keuka College during the week helped boost Oswego to a 5-1 record.
    
    Tuesday evening on the road against Alfred University, the sophomore’s four points came entirely in the second half. In addition to assisting on a pair of Bobby Emerson goals and a goal by Kyle Bacon, Schof scored his own goal to bring the score to 8-5 at the time. In this game Schof also led Oswego in ground-balls, with six.
   
    On Saturday afternoon during Oswego’s win over Keuka College, Schof’s six points led the team in production, coming on four goals and two assists. Scoring all four goals in the first half, Schof also assisted on two of teammate Kyle Bacon’s three goals also in the first half of competition.
    
    The sophomore and Oswego play next at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, during the St. Baldrick’s Benefit Game against Utica College in Oswego, N.Y.
