OSWEGO, N.Y. – Riley Synan – of the women’s swimming and diving team – was named Oswego State Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Nov. 18.

Synan claimed victories in the 200-yard butterfly (2:18.88) and the 200-yard breaststroke (2:48.36) in the Lakers 146-121 victory over Brockport on Saturday. The senior also took part in winning the 200-yard medley relay (1:57.45) with teammates Hannah Jensen, Kelsey Oliverio and Eva Potvin.

Synan and the Lakers return to the pool for the Hamilton College Invite on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1.
