Oswego State Athletics

Oswego, N.Y- Joe Sullivan - of the men’s basketball team - was named the Oswego State Athlete of the Week of the week ending November 17.

Sullivan started off the Elmira Tip-Off tournament with a double-double, scoring 11 points and rebounding 12 during the Lakers win against Ithaca (85-80).

The senior continued his streak into Saturday, scoring 13 points and rebounding 13 in the Lakers victory over Keystone College (92-81).

The Utica native was named MVP of the Elmira Tip-Off as the Lakers earned the tournament title.
