OSWEGO, N.Y. – Sarah Yensan – of the women’s indoor track and field team – has been named Oswego State Female Athlete of the week for the week ending February 9.

This past weekend at the Brockport Invite, the senior placed first in the long jump with a mark of 5.80 meters. The jump set a new personal best and moved her to second best in the country. She extends on her own school record set just last week at the Utica College Pioneer Open.

Yensan and the Lakers return to action on Friday at 4 p.m. as they head to RIT for their Midseason Meet.
