OSWEGO, N.Y. – Sarah Yensan – of the women’s indoor track and field team – has been named Oswego State Female Athlete of the week for the week ending March 1.

This past weekend, the senior placed first in long jump with a leap of 5.66 meters (18’ 7”), which earned her a SUNYAC Championship title. The last time the Lakers earned a SUNYAC Championship title in Women’s Indoor Track & Field was the 2011-12 season.

Oswego returns to action next Friday and Saturday at the All-Atlantic Regional Track & Field Championships at Nazareth College.
