OSWEGO, N.Y. – Kyleigh Grugin - of the women's ice hockey team - has been named Oswego State Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending November 7.

Grugin scored a pair of goals, including the game winner, in the Lakers' 8-1 win over Buffalo State on Saturday to kick off conference action.  In the Sunday contest, the Knoxville (Tenn.) native added a third goal to her weekend tally to pull the Lakers even with Potsdam in the team's 4-4 tie with the Bears.  The women's ice hockey team is off to a 3-0-1 start to the season.

The Lakers travel to Cortland on Friday for a 5 p.m. Northeast Women's Hockey League matchup with the Red Dragons.
