OSWEGO, N.Y. – Freshman Mack Hull - of the women's ice hockey team - has been named Oswego State Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending January 9.

Hull scored the opening goal of the team's 3-2 setback to a 10-2 Utica College team on Sunday.  The Watertown native intercepted a Pioneer's clearing attempt in the neutral zone, gathered the puck, weaved through their entire team before sending a shot through the five-hole of the goal for the opening goal of the contest.  The goal was Hull's fourth of the season, putting her one back of the team lead in that category.

The women's ice hockey team returns to action when they host No. 2 Plattsburgh on Friday at 3 p.m. in the Debroah F. Stanley Arena in a NorthEast Women's Hockey League (NEWHL) contest.
