Max Ziel Gymnasium

Oswego State's primary indoor facility is Laker Hall, built in 1968, which serves as the home of the athletic department.

Within Laker Hall is the 3,500-seat Max Ziel Gymnasium, named for the Lakers' former department chair and coach. Max Ziel Gymnasium hosts men's and women's basketball, volleyball and wrestling.

This gymnasium features three full-length basketball courts and a LED Daktronics scoreboard, which was installed in January 2010. It also includes a press table fit for several staff members from the public address announcer, scoreboard operator, shot-clock operator, scorebook and play-by-play statisticians.
