Verdoliva Carroll was a two-year standout, making her name on the women's soccer team. She is in the top 10 of two single-season records and two single-game marks. Verdoliva Carroll's three assists against Roberts Wesleyan College on Oct. 21, 1992 is tied for the most in a single game in program history. Her 16 goals in 1992 are the fourth-most in a season while her 38 points that same year are the fifth-most. Those stellar numbers during her senior year gave way to a myriad of accolades, including SUNYAC Western Division Most Valuable Player. Verdoliva Carroll was also named to the conference's first team and the New York State Women's College Athletic Association (NYSWCAA) All-State Team.
