PITTSFORD, N.Y. – The Oswego State field hockey team ended its 2015 season with a 4-0 nonconference loss to St. John Fisher College (11-5) on Tuesday night in Growney Stadium.
A bright spot on the night was freshman goalie
Alex Theisen, who played the game's final 35 minutes, making nine saves while allowing just one goal. Senior
Grace Lombardi got the start in goal, stopping four Fisher attempts in the first half.
The Laker goalies got help from its defense as well, as junior
Corinne Kimmelman registered a defensive save, her third of the season.
Oswego closes out the campaign with a 3-11 overall record and a 2-4 mark in SUNYAC play.
