OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Oswego State field hockey team earned a conference win over Morrisville on Wednesday.
Katie Reynolds helped the Lakers with a pair of goals.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Katie Reynolds began the scoring for the Lakers just over two minutes into the contest as she was able to find an Emily Conklin pass off an Oswego corner.
- Reynolds found the back of the cage again at 16:01 when she connected with a Theresa Glynn pass, placing it bottom right.
- The Pawling, N.Y. native leads the team in most goals (13), while tying four sixth in program history for most goals in a single season.
- Freshman Alyssa DeMichael notched her seventh goal of the season unassisted with nine minutes remaining in the first half. DeMichael's goal came off a Lacey Woite rebound.
- Morrisville answered less than twenty seconds later as Kaylee Houseworth was able to redirect a pass received at the left post. Houseworth stuck again, as she scored three minutes into the second half.
- Senior Emily Conklin claimed the last goal of the contest, as she forced an unassisted tally at 57:17, pushing the ball through the keepers' legs at the right post.
- Goalkeeper Lauren Catalano made two saves in the Lakers' victory.
- Oswego held a dominating advantage in corners (15-2) and shots (30-8).
WHAT'S NEXT
The Lakers remain at home as they host Keuka College at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, for their final home contest of the 2018 season.
