BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The Oswego State women's soccer team was defeated in their second straight SUNYAC matchup. Senior
Graisa Madden took the team-lead in points (9) on a penalty kick goal for the Lakers.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Oswego came out fast offensively in the first half, earning four corners and three shots before Brockport recorded their first shot.
- Emily Applegate, shortly after being subbed in, had a great chance for the Lakers, her shot was saved.
- Just over two minutes later Maggie Riordan had a header opportunity, which was also saved.
- Brockport found their first goal of the game on their second shot on goal.
- This goal was scored at the 38:08 mark of the first half
- With only 00:37 to go in the first half, Grace Hansen had a shot on goal, but was turned away by the Golden Eagle goalkeeper.
- With three straight corners for Brockport in the second half, they netted their second at the 67:52 mark of the contest.
- Just under three minutes after, senior Madden was awarded a penalty kick, she blasted it past the goalkeeper, bringing the game within one.
- This was Madden's fourth goal of the season and her eighth and ninth points, this giving her the lone lead in points for her squad.
- Oswego almost tripled shots on goal in the contest 8-3, but were unable to capitalize after the penalty kick.
