OSWEGO, N.Y. – SUNY Oswego Field Hockey hosted the Oneonta Red Dragons in the final conference tilt of the regular season. The Lakers ultimately fell to Oneonta, 3-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The Oswego Lakers and Oneonta Red Dragons remained in a back-and-forth exchange throughout much of the 1st half. The Red Dragons were able to strike first off the stick of Alexandra Howell in the 26th minute. The game would go into halftime with Oneonta holding a 1-0 lead, despite them outshooting the Lakers 13-5. 

The 2nd half started where the Red Dragons left off. Five minutes into the half, Alexandra Howell was able to get her 2nd goal of the game. Just two minutes after that, Erin Clark was able to net a goal in a skirmish in front of the net. The Red Dragons controlled the rest of the half as they picked up the road victory over the Lakers.

Oswego Field Hockey will host Ithaca College on Wednesday, October 30th at 4:00 PM.
