Oswego, NY - The 2026 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division III All-Region teams and Regional Players of the Year have been announced across all 10 regions. Selections were voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and coordinated by the ABCA NCAA Div. III All-America & Coach of the Year Committee. The Lakers earned a third team all-region selection.

Matthew Drillings – Pitcher

The junior from Chester, N.Y. was honored with All-SUNYAC First Team following his dominant season out of the bullpen. Drillings served as the Lakers' designated closer for this year. He made 20 appearances with 37.2 innings pitched. In that span, he pitched to a 1-3 record with a 2.15 earned run average. He struck out 26 batters while walking just 6 and recorded 10 saves on the season. His willingness and ability to throw multiple innings gave Oswego massive flexibility in the back half of their bullpen, as he recorded 9 appearances throwing 2.0 or more innings.
