 In the past, people have not filled out all the forms necessary for ATS, or attached a photo of their insurance card.  Instructions for that are here:  Uploading insurance card into ATS (PDF)
 
Compliance Paperwork An email will be sent to your Oswego email address with directions on how to fill out the online compliance forms.  The email is usually sent in early August.  Please respond to the email within a day or two.
