ATS Login for Newcomers

Please follow the link and the following steps to generate your ATS account:
 
                Link: oswego2.atsusers.com
 
Everyone without an existing profile (FIRST YEAR ATHLETE AT OSWEGO) must start with:
                Athlete ID: new
                Password: new
You must consent and allow cookies to proceed
 
Begin filling in ALL YELLOW BOXES (you will not be allowed to save if any are empty)
  1. General Tab
    1. Athlete ID can be anything you will remember
    2. Password can be anything you will remember
    3. Address is where you live while attending school. Additional address is your home address.
    4. Medical alerts- any conditions you may have
    5. Allergies- anything you are allergic to and what happens when you come into contact with it
    6. Medications- anything that you consume on a regular basis
  2. Immunizations Tab
    1. Click the box “I have never had an immunization”
    2. The college already has a record of this so it is not necessary to reproduce the dates
  3. Insurance Tab
    1. Copy over the information that is on your card into the corresponding boxes
      1. If your company is not listed chose “ZZ OTHER”
    2. Policy holder information is the information of the person that pays for the insurance
  4. Contact Tab
    1. An emergency contact in case you are unable to call someone
At this point click “Save Athlete Information” If you missed a box, you will get an error message and your profile has not saved. Make the proper corrections and try again.
  1. Forms Tab
    1. Click the drop down box next to the words “Form Name”
    2. Click one of the forms
    3. Click “new”
    4. Fill out the form, sign in the box with the mouse, type your name next to signature
    5. Click sign
    6. Click save
    7. Repeat the process a-f for the other 3 forms
      1. Forms required to be filled out and saved by first year athletes:
        1. Assumption of risk
        2. HIPPA release
        3. Injury and Illness reporting
        4. Pre-Participation
