2015: Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:48.8 at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational … Ran only 6K event at the SUNY Poly Short Course Invitational with a time of 20:34.2.
Indoor Track and Field
2017: Recorded five first-place finishes and three second-place finishes during the season … First-place finishes came at the Middlebury Winter Classic as part of the 4-by-400 meter relay (3:34.53) and in the 800-meter run (1:55.63), the Highlander Invitational in the mile (4:23.32), the Utica College Pioneer Invitational 3 in the 1000-meter run (2:24.33) and at the SUNYAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 800 meter run (1:55.59) ... He qualified for an ran at the NCAA Division III Indoor National Championships for the 800-meter run and crossed the line in 10th place with a 1:54.00 time.
2016: Earned one individual first-place finish in the 800-meter run at the SLU Fast Chance Qualifier, posting a time of 1:53.26 … Placed first as a member of the distance-medley relay team (10:28.23) and recorded two third-place finishes in the 800-meter run (best time 1:53.26).
2015: Placed first at the Brockport Mid-Season Classic in the distance-medley relay with a team time of 10:46.58 … Posted a season-best mile time of 4:19.89 at the ECAC Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships … Recorded a first-place finish as a member of the 4-by-400 meter relay, clocking a time of the 3:25.34 at the Cornell Sunday Invitational.
Outdoor Track and Field
2016: Recorded seven first-place finishes … Four of the first-place finishes came in the 800-meter run with the best time coming in 1:52.69 at the Nazareth College ROC City Track & Field Classic … One of the 800-meter run first-place finishes came at the SUNYAC Track & Field Championships -- earning him the conference title -- with a time of 1:52.92 … Claimed two first-place finishes in the 1500-meter run, the best of which happened at the Rochester Spring Invite with a time of 4:02.02.
2015: Recorded three second-place finishes as a member of the 4-by-400 meter relay posting a best time of 3:19.79 at the Cortland Classic Invitational … Posted a college-best 1500-meter run time of 3:56.27 at the SUNYAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
