Oswego State senior wrestler Marc Collins earned second place at 165 pounds at the Empire Collegiate Wrestling Conference Championships hosted by Ithaca College on Saturday. Collins lost his quarterfinal match, but battled back through the wrestleback bracket to earn third place in his weight class with a 6-5 win over Jon Conroy of Cortland. Collins went on to win true second place, as well, upsetting top-seed Justin James of Brockport, 3-1.
