OSWEGO, N.Y. – Mike Dellicarri of the baseball team has been named the Oswego State Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 25.
Dellicarri finished his seven-game road trip in Florida last week with a .567 batting average, a .767. slugging percentage, and a .594 on base percentage.
In 30 at-bats, the junior combined for 10 runs, 17 hits and 16 RBI. Dellicarri also notched four extra base-hits, including three doubles, one homerun, and two stolen bases as well.
Dellicarri had a perfect week in the outfield as well, as he recorded no errors and had 11 catches for 11 putouts.
Next, Dellicarri and the Lakers host their first regular season home matchup at 1 p.m. on Saturday against SUNY Canton.
