OSWEGO, N.Y. – Caleb Asamoah – of the men’s soccer team – was named the Oswego State Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending September 8.

The senior played a strong offensive role for the Lakers, as he tallied three goals through two games. 

The Accra, Ghana native found the back of the net once during their Saturday game versus Stockton and twice in the Laker's 7-1 victory over St. John Fisher this Sunday.

Asamoah and the Lakers return to action as they travel to SUNY Poly this Wednesday for a 6 p.m. contest.
