Oswego, N.Y. - Senior Mitch Emerson - of the men's ice hockey team - has been named the Oswego State Co-Athlete of the Week for the week ending December 1.

Emerson had three points this past weekend, including the game-winning goal against Plymouth State on Saturday.  On Friday, the forward had a goal and an assist in the setback against No. 7 Salve Regina.  The Pickering, Ontario native has now recorded points in each of the last four contests and sits in a tie for third on the team in total points scored.

Emerson and the men's ice hockey team return to action at 7 p.m. on Friday, December 6 as they travel west to take on Buffalo State in SUNYAC action.
