OSWEGO, N.Y. – Ryan Enos – of the baseball team – has been named Oswego State Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending April 4.

The Oriskany native hit .600 at the plate during the weekend to help the Lakers to a doubleheader split at Brockport.  In the team’s opening-season 7-2 victory, he went 2-for-3 from the plate with a pair of doubles to drive in a pair of runs. In all, Enos reached base in six of his eight plate appearances against the Golden eagles in the two contests.

Among his many accolades, the senior infielder is a two-time CoSIDA Google First Team Academic All-American and was the 2019 SUNYAC Baseball Scholar Athlete of the Year.

Enos and the Oswego State baseball team are back in action when they travel to SUNY New Paltz on Tuesday for a 1 p.m. conference matchup with the Hawks.
