Reuter averaged 22 points per game over the weekend in the SUNY Old Westbury Panther Classic on his way to being named the tournament’s most valuable player. In the championship game, Reuter scored 30 points on 10 for 18 shooting from the field, including 6 of 9 from three point range as the Lakers defeated Brooklyn College 89-62. Earlier in the week, Reuter became just the 13th player in program history to surpass 1000 points, as the senior co-captain scored 22 points in Oswego’s 104-79 win over visiting Cazenovia College.

Reuter, a communications major, is the son of Mike and Debbi Reuter of Central Square.
