The Oswego State men's basketball team improved its record to 5-0, and 2-0 in the SUNYAC Saturday after defeating visiting Brockport 92-77.
The Lakers had a slim 50-49 lead at halftime, but dominated play in the second. Oswego forced 16 turnovers, 10 of which were steals.
The Laker scoring attack saw five players tally in double-digits. Senior Ahmad Mims lead the team with a double-double, scoring 18 points, 10 rebounds, and two blocks. The duo of Mat Burridge and Todd Franze had 17 points each and 14 rebounds between the two of them, while Nick Perioli had 16 points with six assists and Kyle Reuter netted 14 points and three steals.
Oswego will next face Nazareth College at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, in Max Ziel Gymnasium at Laker Hall.
