The Oswego State women's basketball team defeated Potsdam State Saturday evening in a dominating 80-58 performance. Oswego built a 20-point lead in the first half that proved to be too much for the Bears to handle. 

The Lakers were led by Heather Merino, who had a double-double on 10 points and 11 rebounds.  Oswego had two other players score in double figures as Samantha Driscoll and Lyndsey Marquit each netted 10 points. Freshman Alaina Hannahs also had and outstanding performance with nine points, seven assists and seven rebounds.
