The Oswego State men's basketball team defeated Nazareth 81-73 on Tuesday night. The Lakers are now 5-1 on the year.
A trio of seniors led the way for Oswego State. Forward Mat Burridge scored 26 points and added 16 rebounds to lead the Lakers. Todd Franze added 20 points and nine rebounds and Erik Roberson scored 14 points.
The Lakers made 52.7 percent of their field goal attempts and held Nazareth to 34.6 percent shooting from the field.
Oswego State held an 11-point advantage at halftime.
The Lakers have an extended break from game action and will play again Dec. 29 and 30 at the Christopher Newport Captains' Shootout.
