The Oswego State men's basketball team had five players score in double figures including a team-high 17 points from
Tommy Downing in a 96-67 win over Cazenovia on Monday night.
The Lakers used a 13-0 run to start the second half to take a commanding 22-point lead and never looked back. Mahamoud Jabbi scored 16 points for Oswego State and Dom White added 14 for the Lakers. Kyle Reuter and Marshall Jones scored 10 points each. White also had 11 rebounds.
Oswego State is now 3-0 on the season and begins SUNYAC play this weekend when they host Potsdam on Friday at 8 p.m. and then faces Nazareth in a non-league game on Saturday at 7 p.m. at Max Ziel Gymnasium.
