HOW IT HAPPENED
- Goalkeeper Joanna Christman stood strong in the cage, facing and deflecting six shots on goal in the first half.
- The Lakers had two scoring opportunities, both of which came by way of freshman Jenna Rogers.
- Both of Rogers' attempts came in the second half, the first of which came at six minutes and was saved by defensive player Samantha Ackerman.
- The New City, N.Y. natives' other shot was 30 seconds later and made it to the keeper, for the Lakers' only shot on-goal in the contest.
- Christman would make six more saves in the second half, while allowing three shots to reach the back of the cage.
- The Lakers had five corners in the contest.

Oswego remains on the road as it travels to Oneonta for a 1 p.m. contest on Saturday.
