HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Lakers were able to tally the first goal of the game, as Emily Conklin sent a backhanded shot-on-goal, as she then put the rebound over the left shoulder of the goalie, 11 minutes into the half.
- Hartwick tied the game up, as they capitalized on an Oswego green card, four minutes later.
- The Hawks would score twice more before the end of the half, as they notched two goals in the final two minutes.
- They also started the second half with a tally, extending their lead to 4-1.
- Freshman Abby Testo cut the deficit to two goals, as she was able to collect a corner insert from Katie Reynolds and rip it past the goalkeeper.
- With this assist, Reynolds is currently tied for second in most assists in the team with three.
- Freshman keeper Lauren Catalano made seven saves in her first collegiate start, playing all 70 minutes.
