OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Oswego State men's soccer team could not light up the board in a 1-0 loss to Ithaca College on Tuesday night. Oswego held its ground against the Bombers, who are ranked No. 23 in the latest D3soccer.com national poll and No. 5 in the East Region by United Soccer Coaches.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Goalie Brian Terra made one stop on the evening, as the two teams combined for two shots on-goal over 90 minutes.
- In the 29th minute, Ithaca scored the evening's only tally on a pass in front from Thomas Pierce that was cashed in by Nate Masfield.
- Oswego had a pair of shots in the outing, coming from freshman Ryan Young and senior captain RJ Nichol.
- Ithaca was whistled far more for infractions, racking up 12 fouls to the Lakers' five.

Oswego opens its conference slate at 1 p.m. on Saturday when it travels south to face the Red Dragons of Cortland.
