ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Oswego State women's basketball team dropped a conference contest at Oneonta, despite a 24 point fourth quarter comeback attempt on Tuesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Despite scoring just 14 points in the previous two quarters, Oswego posted 24 points in the final quarter to nearly double its point total through the entire contest.
- The team owned a 24-14 run through the closing stanza, led by Quincey Zimmerman (9 pts.) and Raiven Encarnacion (7 pts.) who combined for 16 points.
- The Lakers opened the first quarter with a Rachael Windhausen layup to tie the game 2-2 less than two minutes in, before going on a four-point run, owning one of their only leads of the contest.
- The run was led by Windhausen and Encarnacion who each contributed a layup to the stat sheet.
- The second Oswego lead came at 3:57 in the first as Zimmerman sunk a three to put the Lakers up 11-10. Ramatoulaye Sy was credited with the assist on Zimmerman's bucket.
- Windhausen led the Laker scoring while recording a double-double tallying 13 points and going up for 14 boards (5 off., 9 def.).
- Zimmerman and Encarnacion followed close behind, posting 12 and 11 points, respectively.
