HOW IT HAPPENED
- Against TCNJ, Oswego put runners in scoring position in four of the five innings against the Lions' ace, but were unable to dent the scoreboard.
- The Lions grabbed the momentum with an unearned run in the first inning and two more in the second before breaking the game open with six runs in the third frame.

- In the second game, Rebecca Vilchez scattered three singles across the first three innings to keep the game scoreless.
- Oswego had Sweeney in scoring position in the first with a single and stolen base but could not bring the runner around.
- The Lakers then loaded the bases with two outs in the second when Brianna Harrington reached by an error, Sarah McCullough singled and Leah Czerwinski slapped a single to the middle of the infield. A fly out to center field ended the second-inning threat.
- Babson broke through with two in the fourth and added four more in the sixth.
- The Lakers answered in the bottom of the sixth when Carly Lawless singled home Emily Knowlden, who reached on a single and moved to second when Angela Frampton was hit by a pitch.
- Babson tacked on three insurance runs in the top of the seventh to seal the win.
- Czerwinski led the Oswego offense, going 2-for-3 from the plate, while Vilchez (0-3) suffered the loss in the circle.
