HOW IT HAPPENED
Game 1

- The Lakers were able to plate runs in each of the next three innings with RBI-singles by Brianna LoMonaco, Sweeney, Madelana Wrubel and Jenna Gotte to extend out to an 8-2 lead.
- Brockport cut the lead back to 8-5 in the bottom of the fifth but Oswego had an immediate answer with a Frampton home run in the sixth and a single by Claire Hewitt that scored a pair of Laker baserunners to put the game out of reach.
- Vilchez earns her third win of the season while also going 2-for-5 from the plate. Sweeney, Frampton and Knowlden also had a pair of hits in the contest.
Game 2

- Knowlden homered to put Oswego up 2-1 in the third, but Brockport answered again with one of their own in the bottom of the inning.
- Things stayed tied until the bottom of the fifth when the Golden Eagles took control with six runs.
- Oswego made a late charge at the comeback with three runs in the top of the seventh on singles by Sweeney, Vilchez and Knowlden, followed by a double by Frampton. A pair of fly outs would conclude the contest.
