Bailey Thomas scored the game winner for the Lakers.

- It was a scoreless first period as the Lakers fended off three power-play opportunities.
- Canton held a 7-to-5 edge in shots-on-goal after the opening period.
- The 'Roos struck first at 7:39 of the second period on an even-strength goal.
- Shots-on-goal in the second period were even at six as the Lakers were down 1-0 through two.
- Megan Teachout evened the score at 5:05 of the third period on assists from Avery Webster and Morgan Shines.
- With 5:29 remaining in the contest, Bailey Thomas put Oswego on top with assists from Webster and Emily Gustafson.
- Senior Rachael Farmer made 18 saves in the contest in earning her 14th win of the season.
- Teachout led in shots-on-goal (5) with senior Kate Randazzo attempting four.
