GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Oswego State baseball team fell to the Salve Regina Seahawks by a score of 10-7 on Saturday afternoon at Arcadia University. Junior
Kyle Lauria went 3-for-5 at the plate in addition to two RBIs to lead Oswego.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Early in the top of the first, Salve Regina hit a couple of triples and scored three runs.
- The Lakers put a runner in scoring position in the bottom of the inning when Lukas Olsson doubled, but were unable to convert.
- In the bottom of the third, Oswego got a run when Brendon Frank stole a pair of bases, including home, to cut the lead to 3-1.
- Salve Regina score a run in the fourth and doubled home three more in the fifth to go up 7-1.
- The Lakers answered when Frank walked and junior Ryan Enos singled to put a pair aboard.
- Lauria doubled both runners in and scored on a Ryan Weiss single to cut the lead to 7-4.
- In the seventh, the Seahawks loaded the bases on three straight hits and would plate a pair.
- Oswego answered when Olsson was hit by a pitch and moved to third on a double by Lauria.
- Weiss brought both Lakers in with a single up the middle to make it 9-6.
- The Lakers turned a sweet double play in the ninth but a two-out triple and single would plate the final run for Salve Regina.
- Olsson hit a solo homerun for the Lakers to conclude the scoring.
- Weiss went 2-for-4 on the day with three RBIs.
- Jake Terrill (2-2) takes the loss for the Lakers, going 4.1 innings and striking out a pair.
