ONEONTA, N.Y. – For the third consecutive game, the Oswego State women's soccer team pushed their opponent to overtime but came up just short in a 2-1 loss to Oneonta on the road.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Oswego kicked off scoring at the 22:20 mark when Katie Delgrosso scored on an assist from Sara Marinaro.
- The Lakers dominated action in the first half with an 11-2 edge in shots.
- Unfortunately for Oswego, one of those shots was an equalizing goal at the 40:36 mark by the Red Dragons.
- Things were more even in the second half as each team took nine shots and Oswego had a slight 5-4 edge in corners.
- Oneonta took the only four shots in overtime, finally scoring nearly 10 minutes into the extra frame.
- Delgrosso, Marinaro and senior Graisa Madden each led Oswego with four shots each.
- Sophomore Haley Muehl made six saves for the Lakers.
