OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Oswego State women's soccer team held conference-leading Geneseo scoreless during the first half, but could not complete the road upset, falling 4-0. The loss drops the Lakers to 5-5 overall and 2-4 in SUNYAC play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Oswego kept the Knights offense in check during the opening half, limiting the hosts to just seven shots and none on goal.
- The Lakers had three shots of their own during the opening half, with Phyllis Reed, Gillian Groth and Jackie Marquardt forcing saves from the Geneseo goalie.
- It was a different story in the second half with 15 Geneseo shots and five on-goal, including the four scores.
