Weston Gray had a season-high six points (5G, 1A) and senior goalie
Kevin O'Donnell eclipsed his career-high in saves with 25, but the Oswego State men's lacrosse team was undone by strong defense from Geneseo in a 19-8 loss. It was the sixth time in his career that O'Donnell topped the 20-save mark and first time this season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Geneseo raced out to a 5-0 lead before Gray scored just before the end of the first quarter on an assist from Ryan Dumont.
- The teams traded goals to start the second quarter with Gray scoring on an assist from Mike Fleming and Dan Doolan with an assist to Gray.
- A pair of goals from the visitors made it 9-3 at the break.
- Geneseo dominated possession in the first half and held a 24-4 shots-on-goal advantage, with O'Donnell already sitting at 15 saves, at the half.
- Gray scored the opening goal of the second half from Dumont, but Geneseo went on a 4-0 run for the remainder of the third quarter.
- Similar to the third, Gray opened the fourth with a tally, assisted by Brian Rowe to make it 13-5.
- Dumont followed with a goal helped out by Tyler Stevenson with 13:33 remaining in the contest.
- The Knights answered with a pair before Lucas Cioch scored from Stevenson.
- Geneseo then answered again for a combined six goals in the opening four minutes of the final quarter.
- After three more goals from the visitors, Gray concluded scoring on an assist from Cioch.
- Faceoffs were nearly even with freshman Shane Ladd winning 12 of his 25 attempts.
- The visitors held a 10-1 edge in caused turnovers and held the Lakers to just 11-of-26 clear attempts.
