OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Oswego State Women's Lacrosse team had a dominant bounce back game against the Morrisville Mustangs. Junior Madison Davis recorded two goals and seven assists for a total of nine points.Seven assists puts Davis tied for sixth for most assists in a single game in Oswego State Women's Lacrosse History. Julia Quirk contributed five  goals. Katie Fierro and Sela Wiley added four goals each. Oswego won the game 23-2

HOW IT HAPPENED

Q1

• The Lakers put three goals on the board early with Davis, Wiley, and Green all scoring with 13:45 left
• Oswego stretched their lead by two more goals as Quirk scored a pair leaving 11:50 on the clock.
• Wiley scored her second and third goals within a minute of each other; Lakers lead 7-0.
•  Davis added to her goal tally with a goal with 9:52 remaining in the quarter. 
• Quirk scores her third goal off of a Davis assist putting the lead to 9-0.
• The Lakers scored three more goals in about four minutes, to put them up 12-0.
• Fierro scored her second goal with 3:54 on the clock off of Davis' sixth assist.
• The Lakers end the quarter up 13-0. 

Q2

• Ayva Ouderkirk capitalized off of an extra player opportunity to put the Lakers up 14-0 with 13:11 remaining.
• Wiley scored her fourth goal off of a free position shot.
• Davis and Fierro linked up again as Fierro scored her third goal giving Davis her seventh assist.
• Fierro scored again off of a free position shot with about a minute remaining.
• The Lakers ended the quarter up 17-0.

• Erin Cody got on the board with an assist from Green, 12:50 remained on the clock to put Oswego up 18.
• Morrisville scored their first goal of the game with two minutes remaining in the quarter.
•  The Lakers quickly responded with a goal from Estie Proano with 8:30 remaining. 
• Wiley set up Quirk for her fifth goal in the last minute of the quarter, the Lakers pushed their lead to 19 goals.  

Q4

• Morrisville opened up the scoring in the quarter, just  five seconds in.
• The Lakers forced a Morrisville turnover and Ashley Casserly scored with 12:21 on the clock. 
• Oswego extended their lead to 23-2 with another goal from Green, this proved to be the final score. 

Final Stats

• The Lakers ended the game with 27 shots on goal to Morrisville's seven.  
• Oswego had a 15 to 0 assist advantage over Morrisville.
